To Power Off

1. Make sure that all the operators have logged out.

2. Turn off the Power switch located on the rear of the

Switcher.

18. Log-out

This function is used when an operator is leaving the

Switcher, or no longer requires access to the system.

1. Select 00 by pressing the Numeric buttons, then

press the FUNCTION button to log out.

17. Priority Lock

This function is used to retain control of a monitor for an

operator, even after that operator has selected another

monitor or has logged out.

Caution: This function will prevent operators with a

lower priority from gaining control of a monitor.

However, higher priority operators may still gain

control of that monitor.

17-1. Applying Priority Lock

1. Select the desired monitor to apply the Priority

Lock.

Refer to Monitor Selection on page 50.

2. Press the MON (ESC) button, then press the FUNC-

TION button to select the Priority Lock mode.

The monitor number is inversely displayed on the

selected monitor, as shown below.

17-2. Releasing Priority Lock

1. Select the desired monitor to release the Priority

Lock.

Refer to Monitor Selection on page 50.

2. Press the MON (ESC) button, then press the FUNC-

TION button to release the lock.

The monitor number is displayed normally on the

selected monitor.
