While the ALT indicator is on, selecting a Camera

Position Number by pressing the Numeric buttons

also activates the camera to move to the desired

position.

Note: To be able to use the above function, the

Preset Position Number must be registered

with the Camera Number.

Refer to the Camera Position Set on page 47

for the registration procedures.

5-5. Pan/Tilt Control (Auto/Random Panning)

The functions described below are available with the

following camera models:

Notes:

*b: Function is available when the WV-RC100, WV-

RC150 or WV-RC-170 Receiver is included in the

system.

Random-1: Auto Panning Head pans for a prede-

termined time, “X” (set on the receiver), stops for

2X, continues in the same direction for “X” period,

unless Pan Limit Switch is closed, in which case

unit will pan in reverse direction for remainder of X

time.

Random-2: Panning direction and time are almost

impossible to predict.

1. Select the desired monitor and camera.

Refer to Monitor Selection and Camera Selection

on pages 50 and 51.

2. Press the AUTO PAN/RANDM PAN ON button,

while SHIFT is in Off position (Indicator light off), to

activate Auto Panning function.

To cancel Auto Panning, press the AUTO

PAN/RANDM PAN OFF button while SHIFT is in

Off position (Indicator light off).

Note: The Joystick Control can be used to cancel

the Auto or Random Panning function.

6. Camera Housing Control

6-1. Wiper control

1. Select the desired monitor and camera.

Refer to Monitor Selection and Camera Selection

on pages 50 and 51.

2. Press the AUX 1/WIPER ON button, while SHIFT is

in On position (Indicator light on), to turn on the

Housing Wiper.

To turn off the Wiper, press the AUX 1/WIPER OFF

button while SHIFT is in On position (Indicator light

on).

3. Press the AUTO PAN/RANDM PAN ON button,

while SHIFT is in On position (Indicator light on), to

activate Random Panning function.

To cancel Random Panning, press the AUTO

PAN/RANDM PAN OFF button while SHIFT is in On

position (Indicator light on).
