No reception

Receiving • Check if the reception mode is set at

‘MANUAL RECEPTION’.

• Check if recording paper is run out and

memory is full.

• Install recording paper.

• Delete messages.

• Print out documents.

Faint

Printing • Check if the paper is recommended for

use.

• Check if the Ink Cartridge is

recommended for use.

• Check if the documents are written

faintly.

• Check with the transceiver.

• Ensure documents are distinctly

written.

• Adjust [Scanning Contrast].

Cannot be printed.

Recording paper Check if the paper is recommended for

use.

The apparatus does

not operate at all.

Mal-function When you encounter mal-functioning,

please disconnect the power supply plug

and connect it once again.

The operation should be normalised.

However, should the mal-functioning

persist, please follow the procedure

below (it initialises the operation).

Press the 3 buttons simultaneously.

Delay in printing

Trouble in faxing or telephone line is not

working.
