Voice Message Transfer

This function provides the ability to transfer ICMs to a remote telephone while you are out. After an ICM is

recorded, the apparatus will call to the telephone to which you have assigned. You can listen to the ICM

after entering the Remote Password on a touch tone telephone. Remote Password must be set in TAM

SETTING in advance (See page 50).

Setting the Voice Message Transfer

Enter the telephone number (max. 36 digits).

Operation of Voice Message Transfer

After a message is recorded, your apparatus starts to dial the assigned telephone number.

When you answer the call, you will hear a series of tone “Pi..Pi..Pi....”.

and dial the Remote Password within 10 seconds. (You must use Tone dialling.)

Ex:

You will hear the message.

Replace the handset after listening to the message.

1. The telephone line will be disconnected if you enter the wrong password 3 times in succes-

sion.Your apparatus will redial 2 times automatically if the line is busy.

2. If you use mobile telephone, this function may not work correctly due to line quality.
