Select the print condition for the COMM. Journal.

• INC: Print only when the transmission has

failed.

• OFF: Do not print.

• ALWAYS: Print after each transmission.

09 PRINT JOURNAL AUTOMATIC

Select whether or not the apparatus prints the

journal automatically after each 32 transactions.

11 DIRECT RCV ON / OFF

Select whether or not the apparatus receives

document directly, not stored it into memory.

13 FRIENDLY RCV ON

/ OFF Select whether or not the apparatus continues to

monitor a fax signal when a call is answered using

the fax handset.

14 REMOTE RCV ON

/ OFF Select whether the apparatus accepts the remote

reception command to switch into fax reception

mode.

15 OVERSEAS COMM. ON / OFF

Select whether or not the apparatus uses the

overseas setting to improve communications.
