Select “03 EMAIL”.

Select “00 Email Address” and enter
the Email address using the
Keyboard, and then select “OK”.

Select “01 SMTP Server”, and enter
the SMTP Server Name or IP Address
using the Keyboard, and then select
“OK”.

z If you select “No” for DNS Server in step 11
on page 6, enter the SMTP Server IP
Address instead of the SMTP Server Name.

Enter the Port Number, and then
select “OK”.

Select “02 SMTP Authentication”,
and select “Off” or “On”, and then
select “OK”.
z “SMTP Authentication” is the specification
which added the User Authentication
function to SMTP. Authentication of a user
account and password is performed
between an SMTP server and a user in the
Email reception, and only when
authenticated, the transmission of Email is
permitted.
z When “On” is selected, proceed to step 9.
z When “Off” is selected, proceed to step 11.

Select “03 SMTP AUTH Name” and
enter the SMTP AUTH Name using
the Keyboard, and then select “OK”.
