Names and functions of the respective parts on the window

Easy edit of image data on a PC

These buttons are for manipulating image data.

1. [Top menu production] button

After selecting an image data folder without a top menu,

click this button to add a top menu in compliance with the

AVCHD standard to the selected image data. (l68)

2. [Top menu deletion] button

After selecting an image data folder with a top menu, click

this button to delete the top menu from the selected image

data. (l67)

• Image data cannot be edited if the image data has a top

menu. To edit the image data, delete the top menu.

3. [Image copy] button

After selecting an image data folder, click this button to

copy the selected image data. (l64)

4. [Image deletion] button

After selecting an image data folder, click this button to

delete the selected image data. (l65)

• Videos, scenes, pictures, and any other data in the

image data folder are deleted.

Tip

z If the Image recording area (l49) is displayed, image data

cannot be edited.

Click [Close] button to close the area.

z If the image data does not have any video, the top menu

cannot be deleted from or attached to the image data.
