Address Book

Registering a Fax Number

z To select destinations from the Address Book when sending a fax, register fax numbers in advance.

Press the Function key.

Select “Fax/Email Settings”.

Select “00 Address Book”.

Select “01 Add Telephone Number”.

Enter a fax number, and then select

“OK”.

z If you need a special access number to get

an outside line, dial it first, and then select

“Pause” to enter a pause (represented by a

“-”) before dialling the full number.

Ex: 9 Pause 5551234 -> 9-5551234

z If you are using Pulse dialling and you wish

to change to Tone dialling in the middle of

dialling, select “ ” (represented by a “/”).

The Dialling mode will change from Pulse to

Tone after dialling the digit “/”.

Ex: 9 Pause 5551234 -> 9-/5551234
