Chapter 4 Fax/Email Settings

Example : Select Receive

Select Receive can prevent the receiving of unnecessary documents (Ex: junk fax, direct mail, etc.).

The procedure of setting Select Receive is described below:

(For Facsimile and Internet Fax) on the provided CD-ROM.

Press the Function key.

Select “Fax/Email Settings”.

Select “04 Key Operator Mode”.

Enter the password (8-digit), and then

select “OK”.

Select “01 Fax Parameters”.

Select “40-79”.

z Fax Parameters can be directly selected

using a keypad for quick operation. If a

Parameter No. is known, enter the desired

Parameter No. with a keypad, and then

press the "Start" key.

Ex: In step 6, enter “46” with a keypad, and

press the “Start” key to select “46 Select

Receive”.
